Im excited!! As of now there calling for a perfect wind for the spot I'm taking a kid for his first deer. We have 3 bucks in there every day, so the odds are looking good!!! One is a pretty good 8. The other is a older wide 6, and the smallest is a odd racked young 6 pointer. He is super pumped after seeing the pics! I hope to get it all on film.

This week is going to be torture. I think about Thursday I'm going to be mentally checked out for the rest of the work week lol

What helps me is to "try" to focus on other things. Otherwise waiting 5 days is like watching paint dry. I guess posting on tndeer doesn't help lol

I get off work Thursday morning at 8am. Don't go back till Monday night at 12am. I can't wait!
I'm gonna camp in my stand for a couple of nights I believe....then come out for my bow about 1 o'clock the morning of the opener. :grin:

Might as well take the bow with you and just separate the broadhead from the arrows and store them in your closed backpack (make it seem legal). Assemble arrows at 4 AM Saturday.
