Hopefully everyone had a great time and enjoyed the shoot! We did have one tie, in Bow Novice, which resulted in a shoot-down that was a very, very close call, 1/16th" :) Congrats to all and see you again next month!

TNDeerGuy, I'll be very sure to remember your less than complimentary remarks, the next time you need or want something! Dayum, what's wrong with this mower has it thrown a rod???

Ooops....I seriously have a bad problem with the old adagedon't stomp on the foot today that is connected to the rear that you may need to kiss tomorrow! Can you find it possible, in that more than generous heart you have DC, to possibly forgive my arrogance and ignorance? :D

We had 25 targets. All around scores were down from the normal averages by around 7 or so per class, for the most part. If you have never been there, there are two completely different sides to the propertyone open woods side and one that is a machete needing super dense thicket. Normally we have one side on each, known and unknown, but this time we put everything on the thicket sidegood thing because that shielded our shooters from the dang cold North wind. The shots were very close, the back stake was an average of around 35-36yds (DC and/or huntfish could confirm that) from what I was told and the next stake was an average of 31yds, but it was very deceptive due to depth perception shooting down "tunnels" and that through the scores off a bit, but everyone seemed to like it. Truth be known they were just glad they weren't blasted all day by a 10-20mph cold North wind like some of us....LOL. ;)
