OnX and property lines

I turned my survey in to the county after my guy came out. The Onx lines moved right with the states once the survey was turned in. Hunt stand lines took a couple months longer before they moved. Both are pretty accurate in my neck of the woods.

I know for a fact that they are not accurate in mnt region in Marion or Franklin counties. Some places off of by 50 yard and one place off by 200 . I think they followed the most prominent land feature holler , field ect
The land beside mine was sold / surveyed several years ago. I went to check the line and walked straight to both pins on that side of the property with the HuntStand app. The pins were within 2 1/2 feet . I walked the line from pin to pin at it stayed 5 to 10 feet from the survey ribbon.
I went home and checked it by measuring from the corner of my house to a dropped pin. It was spot on . It might have something to do with the terrain and tree cover.
I'm on top of the mountain in Marion.

Define far off? I disagree. I've found them to be pretty accurate on hickory
At one point there waa a large field down around the steam plant that onx had the property line cutting right down the middle. The line was probably 100 yards off in one direction. Its been corrected since.
