Classic Big Ten November game. This was the first win by OSU in East Lansing when the Buckeyes were top 10 ranked and MSU unranked since 1973. I think OSU was on an 0-3 streak in such games dating to 1998 when Saban upset a #2 Buckeyes team. Sparty has always played OSU tough and records/rankings don't matter. And Zanesville's Dantonio is definitely in Urban's head. Just happy to get the hell out of there with a W. Now on to *ichigan.

The history is actually worse for OSU when TOP 5 in November vs MSU. 1973 was a victory in Ohio Stadium. What happened today in East Lansing was a first and has never happened before in the long history of the rivalry when Ohio State was ranked on the top 5.
