Had 4 walk under me like that this morning and only one seemed to even know I was there. It's a momma doe that has busted me pretty much everywhere I sit, except in the last month or so she has quit blowing or stomping. She's gotten less and less wary or nervous and today she just looked up at me as if to let me know she knows I'm there. Then went on her way as normal.

That old girl is the only deer that busts me, and man she is unbeatable. I feel accomplished that she finally just accepted me as part of the landscape rather than wigging out every time.

I nearly have more than several occasions! But now that she seems at relative ease with me, I'm curious if she might just allow me to turn lemons into lemonade. I'd sacrifice our "friendship" for the right buck, if she brings him by.

Hahaha I've been tempted. Been seeing her all through bow season. If she was around last season she sure wasn't like this. She kinda made the season interesting. Its not like I'm covered up with big bucks. Ain't seen one of those since October.

Nice picture...It's fun watching deer do what they do and many times we can learn something if we pay close attention...also very rewarding knowing you could have but chose not to.
