PAPER TUNING?

Easton doesn't recommend bare shaft tuning for compounds because it's very hard and unnecessary for most people's use.

Most of us target shooters do bare shaft tune. I've tuned my target bows out to 70yds this way, but don't ever try it in the wind

I would have to say that broadhead group tuning is the most useful tuning method for most bowhunters .

I have quit paper tuning completely. I use a laser to get my center shot set then put the nock about center and start shooting till my field points and my broadheads have the same point of impact. It is the best method I have found so far.
