POI issues asside, that is not a very good pattern for 30 yards. It will kill turkeys at that range, and it would be acceptable at 40, but at 30 with a mossberg shooting those shells, I wouldn't be happy. I know the mossys are overbored, but I would look at getting a choke in the .680 range. Also, as some have mentioned, deep cleaning the barrel might help.
