Good lord that's a slab! My buddy just caught a 15" white crappie while we were slaying 8-12" fish on a golf course pond earlier today.

If you don't mind me asking, how deep are the fish on old hick? I might give it a shot if I get time and good weather next week.

I was fishing the lower end of the lake catching them off brush and stake beds in 15-24 FOW

Finally some good news! Congratulations on a big one. Are you considering getting it mounted? I caught a 3 lb one a few years back and wish I had mounted it.

Finally some good news! Congratulations on a big one. Are you considering getting it mounted? I caught a 3 lb one a few years back and wish I had mounted it.

I also caught a 3lb one several years ago out of my pond, turned it back thinking it could be state record in a couple years. Haven't seen it since, should've put it on the wall! :bash:

I guess some of those older fish can be feeble. I ate mine! :lol: I'm hoping to catch another one sometime before I die.

Yes sir. I've always said if I ever caught a 3 pounder I would mount it. This one is close enough :lol:

Giant! Seen several fish come out of there around 2 pound but honestly though they topped out before they got that big on O.H.
