Little piebald buck still hanging around but no longer with his momma. He's hanging out with other bucks now so maybe he'll stick around??? He's using the entire place, hitting both mineral sites pretty frequently. Would like to see him grow up. Kinda cool having him around the place.

Beautiful Deer!
We had a nice 4 yo piebald buck showing up every year til end of 22. Haven't heard of anyone killing him. I'm sure it would have made the rounds if so. I would get tons of pics of him in summer then he wintered somewhere else.

So momma didn't run him off last season.... Very cool deer. Hope he sticks around your property.
I guess not. Figure if she's going to do it, it'll be this early fall before rut spins up. But maybe not since he's on his own & not with her. It's possible somebody in the surrounding area killed his mother last season.
