The guy that wrote that article is crazy as a loon. Comparing a Tisas to a Staccato.
As shown in the article he can't even spell Staccato.

A better comparison to a Tisas would be a Rock Island.

But the Turks have done well in the low end rifle and shotgun market. I'm sure if they keep the price down low enough they will do well in the handgun market.
