I have plenty of high cap "modern" pistols. That is one of the reasons I haven't ever bought one. I don't really "need" it. My quandary is do I buy a copy or get the real thing. The Springfield is supposedly improved some of the original's flaws.For the money they are hard to beat if you want a classic... if you are just looking for a high cap 9mm, there are a lot of choices in that price range. I have plenty of plastic guns and I like the classics personally. I will say, if you can go and hold one in your hand. I did this and it sold it for me but for someone who has big hands, they might find the grip small and the trigger too close to the grip in comparison to something glock like...
