I'm pretty positive you have to get permission on WMA. That whole thing about anything over 24hrs has to be approved.

I never saw a camera this season on a wma.... pee bottles , beer cans, sandwich bags and candy bar wrappers were plentiful.

True, but rarely enforced in my neck of the woods. There are ladder stands, climbers, and plenty of cameras throughout most WMAs I've walked.

Very sad...and frustrating....and ridiculous.....I'll never understand it.

I don't even leave footprints on public land anymore. haha. I learned my lesson with my blind. I don't use cameras on public. I like the "old school" feeling of just gettin out there and reading the land. I suck at it, so take that for what it's worth. lol

I'm sure most are aware, but for some newbies that may not be, it is illegal to put out those cameras on WMAs and leave unattended for more than 24 hrs. without permission from the Area Manager. Class B misdemeanor.
