Planer board help

Been catching a lot of crappie on the Chic this winter,but I,ve been seeing the planer boards catch a lot more. I,ve never used them before but ready to start. Whats a good brand to buy. Thanks

off shore is a good brand...
please use common sense when trolling these like a porcupine....
especially in a narrow channel or river
out in the open lake i would have a porcupine set-up...but in a narrow channel/river they cause problems

I have been using a pair of Crappie Reaper boards and they're good. I like them. But check out what Poleaxe has to say. He might be able to score you some equivalent boards at a better price.
