For me, there wasn't a quick fix. There was some minor relief when switching insoles and/or shoes and taking Tylenol. But ultimately, stretching your hamstrings, calves, and feet will help alleviate it long term.
I don't think it's a weight issue. My feet are just extremely flat. But I mostly wear cowboy boots and work boots which have arches and that's why I wear them. It was just odd it hit me out of no where.Better fitting shoes and nices insoles
If you are overweight, losing weight will help
I get it bad if I wear vans or flat shoes. Also what I was fat it was a lot worse.
