Plowed Field

How long do you think it will take turkeys to find a plowed field?
My dad disked the garden this morn do you think they will find it by this afternoon? He cut it yesterday and they were out that aft but I have only seen turkeys in this field one other time.

It all depends. I've seen them come them within a day,but i've also seen them ignore them completely. Are the birds used to seeing people out and about?

Well we have a 50 acre field we have had plowed for 3 weeks and they have yet to set foot in it. Seems every year they only start hitting it when it gets planted about mid season. which wil be a couple weeks.
