That's pretty brazen. Looks to be a squirrel hunter. Has a small game vest. His hair looks a little bit like a squirrel tail. Hope you get him.

I think the proper word would be trespasser, no signs that he has shot anything or if the shotgun is loaded, I always unload when walking through a safety zone
