Porterhouse time this weekend

My buddy said he wants a big ole porterhouse this weekend.
Guess we are gonna run up to Trolingers Saturday and have them cut us 2 about 1 1/2" thick and get the wife a filet.
Should be good, REAL good.

trolingers was the go to place when we visited my grandmothers. always got the pulled pork. brings back good memories. there was another place we used to get catfish but I cant remember the name

You are killing me. If I eat steak like that then I have to take cholesterol medicine which destroys my liver. So ... Steak or my liver? Steak or my liver? Hmm ... Maybe I can take some medicine that will save my liver and destroy my kidneys and then take medicine to save my kidneys that destroys my stomach and take medicine for my stomach that destroys my bladder and take some medicine that saves my bladder that destroys my liver.
