Possible sick deer?

Hey guys, just got this one deer on my cam today and it just looks weird. Not sure if it's sick or just in bad shape. I've seen it before on my cams but that was a couple months ago and it disappeared and now it's back. It's always looked like this. Not sure if it's sick but it just looks off. What's y'alls thoughts

Don't think it's sick just because of appearance. Probably ruffled hair from having just gotten up from its bed.
