Poults are growing

This bunch is feeding in this clover field nearly every day since it has turned off really dry. I think I see 7 poults. I love seeing this!!!

they look like turkeys now. I love how fast turkeys grow... almost full size by fall season. But I wont' shoot poults during fall season.

Nice. I saw 4 hens with 10-12 poults that size Saturday morning in Haywood county. Always a good sign.

What is it about them hanging out around the road. I saw a bunch yesterday afternoon doing the same thing down the road from where I live. 3 big hens and about 25-30 poults.

I had about a dozen poults with 2 adults fly across the road in front of me this week, put'n on size fast.
