Yep, I am using the small primer assembly.

You are correct.....you can feel the primer is not seating correctly in some instances. Do you not encounter flipped primers? For example, it became necessary for me to place loaded rounds point down in a 50 round plastic box. This way I could easily see flipped or damaged primers. There is no chance i locked that plastic lid into place with primers upside down. IMHO the primer process is flawed.

I find it best to remove the decap and primer steps. By doing so I literally have not had a single problem in over 4,000 rounds.

Do you use a thrower along with your Chargemaster? What brand and model if so?

Is use a Redding 3br to throw 44 magnum and rifle loads. I typically use the Chargemaster and a trickler for precision rifle and smokeless muzzleloader loads.

I've had the chargemaster lite for a few months now and really like it. It's simple and pretty accurate as long as that's the only process going on while it's operating.
