Well I have 1 breast left from last year. Decided to fry up some nuggets with Brussel sprouts and carrots[emoji106]

Figured what better way to kick this weekend off.

A little wild turkey was on the rocks as well

Looks great, I did same thing last night. Grilled turkey breast and pork loin, enough for a few nights!

I had a breast or two that I lost last summer when I didn't close the freezer door right and it swung open...I killed one in the fall but cooked it for T day...so I am ready to get me some more hot fried thunder chicken!
