Primers - At what point would you sell?

Was reading a similar topic on a different forum so thought it would be an interesting topic to discuss. Even though I am not trying to sell primers, I would sell any size for $250 a brick, cash, face to face sale. The last 1K of any size I would keep for myself and hope to restock when prices return to normal. Which is a gamble given the current situation.
How about you?

I'm seeing them selling for over $200 for half a brick on Gunbroker and will admit to doing some quick calculations as to what I could make from selling off some of mine. But as you stated it is a gamble that things will ever return to normal again. Most likely they will but nobody knows that for certain. If sleepy joe shuts us all down for good, having a few thousand $'s in hand would seem like a mighty small gain for having lost the ability to make your own ammo for good. So for me, even if they went to $1,000 per brick of 1,000 primers I'm hanging on to everything I have as I always have. Heck, I just last week threw out the toothbrush I used in college. :)

Me personally, I wouldn't sell components right now. The money to be made will seem like pocket change if things really go south and you need them to make your own ammo. Just not worth it to me.

Plus, if I keep them, I can help a buddy or two out if things get worse.

Probably the primers you have are the last you will ever have....unless you buy some from another reloader...
