I walked up to it right at dark the other day and couldn see the flash but in my black room at arms length I could see every one of them. Not sure the reasoning for that but it is what it is.

Even on a dark night there will be some ambient light, which hides the LEDs. But in a totally dark room with no ambient light (like a closet), then the LEDs can often be seen.

I have deleted all the pics on the card I got out couple days ago. I will check it prob tomrrow and share some then. There ok night time pics. Lot of motion blurr but if you have corn or a salt lick its not to bad.I wouldn recommend it for a trail,to much blur.
