How have you removed the sticky film left after removing the sticker from the IR bulb cover plate? I contacted CS and they said it was an issue they are, or have corrected by using a different sticker now, but told me to use alcohol and a cotton swab...but that hasn't worked and the sticky film is still there. I believe is is affecting the performance bc I'm not getting any pics from the distance I have it from the trail, yet have pics of when I initially set it up, and when I come back to check it, just none in between. And yes deer are moving thru the trail as other cams have shown ;)

Thanks guys. I was concerned about the lens coating being damaged by using something too strong, as per the warning in the cleaning instructions. I've got to try something different for sure. Thanks again!

Hmmm, could you acutally leave it on?
Like if you don't remember ever pulling it off, would it still take pics? :D

Mine simply peeled off, leaving nothing there.
But it was from a brand new shipment just received at the store, so they might be using a different material now.
