Pro & Con of rotating QB's

What are some of the positives and negatives of rotating Quarterbacks? Is it generally thought of as a good, bad or indifferent strategy?
 
Con: Keeping the QB in the flow and rhythm of the game.

Pro: Giving the "D" a different look and keeping the QBs hungry.

Very few coaches can pull off rotating QB. Spurrier would be at the top of the list.
 
Quarterbacks are the leaders of the team.

They get too much credit and too much blame.

You need ONE.

Just my opinion.

That was Tebow FR. year and he would only be used 2 or 3 plays a game as a FB. I wouldn't really consider that rotating QB since Tebow would throw or play for a series.
