PSA / Palmetto State Armory complete upper for sale. 18" SS barrel chambered in .223 Wylde with rifle length gas system, 1:7 twist, 15" free float / light weight m-loc hand guard, with charging handle and nickle boron bolt carrier group. I purchased new directly from PSA and hasn't been fired. Cleaning some items out that have been sitting around. Asking $325 - let me know if more pictures are needed. Thanks!
