Ah you seem to forget that the courts did rule in favor of landowners. Even TWRA can't come onto one's property without a warrant unless an actual crime is seen committed. But like you said believe what you want even though it is wrong. I like these things as it ain't hard to figure out which side of right and wrong one stands on.
