Nope, cut the ends off, leave them in the shucks and vacuum seal then freeze. We used to just put them in a brown paper bag.Awesome! Do you blanch the ears before freezing?

Different varieties do differently, some preserve very well, others don't last as long.
Even when cooking, just go from freezer to pot. The shucks will loosen in the boil and the silks will just come right off with the shucksLeave in shucks - interesting and good to know. Thanks!
