That's way too much to ask in the state of TN. You may want to look at Georgia. They put out a ton of stats and data to allow you to determine which location will give you that opportunity.

I think a hunt like that was 25 years ago when they first opened Oak Ridge. I drew it not being a seasoned turkey hunter. Oh well good memory though.
