Mine is "supposed" to be here today, but...I still haven't received even an email from them. I can go to their website and look up the order...it says "processing", but still showing today's date. It's not a big deal when it gets here...but I would at least like some type of communication.

Don't know what to think about that response....sounds "canned", sounds "Indian (dot, not feather), sounds...I don't know, but they sure got some key words in there..."transparent ", etc....

I ordered 2 of the black and red ones. On 7/31 I got a tracking number. On 8/2 they were in Monroe Ohio. The tracking link on the email works but nothing on the HD site. I'm not sweating it if they're late. We stole the tillers.

They still haven't shipped mine. I did get an email saying...maybe sometime end of next week.

I received mine a week earlier than original order said expected delivery date. It is a beast. Gearbox is very stiff. Tilled a small plot just to try it out. I'm pleased

Recieved 2 red black ones today. Assembled 1 and fired it up. So far so good.

I ordered mine on the 26th. I messaged the Home Depot service center and its delivery is expected August 14th which is about two weeks later than the first projected.
