Recommend a trumpet call maker.........

I have a L Frank Cox trumpet. There's none better!. There used to be a 6-12 month wait but I don't know anymore.

Now 2 year waiting list. I'm on it for my second call from him. I'm also on a 2 year list with Anthony Ellis

Is there only one Fred Cox or two? I talked to Fred Cox from Grand Slam calls. He was no longer making trumpets but was selling them from another maker. I ended up buying one from him just to try.

There is a Fred Cox and a Frank Cox. Fred is a nice guy.

Also, I know Fred sells some Daryl Gosey stuff. If that is who he told you made the trumpet, you did good. I like my trumpet from him a lot. I just suck at turkey hunting.

I don't use them and do not know how. However there is a local guy Steve Turpin that I think that is what he is most known for. He is on FB and I'm sure someone knows other ways to contact him.
