I was just at a gun reloading shop I had not been to before. I just about came unhinged when I saw CCI primers for 70.00 a thousand, that is well over double what they had been a few months ago. I don't know what these sellers are thinking this is one place I will not go back to. There is a place not far from them selling primers for 40.00 a thousand (when they have em)witch I think is still to hi. I guess I am going to throw my guns in the river because no one will buy them if they can't get ammo or reload. Sorry just had to get this off my chest. Oh I am hanging onto my guns just incase.

Supply and demand. It'll all level back out eventually. Granted, everything will be priced higher than it was before the rush but they'll all go back down.

Until people stop freaking out and buying them, this will continue. I have had 4 notifications from Midway in the past 2 weeks for primers in stock, and by the time I open my browser, they are sold out. Now, I don't know if they got in 1,000 or 100,000, but they're gone in less than 1 minute. Stop panic buying, and not only will supply go back up, but prices will come down.
