Has anyone seen one of these in a local gunshop lately?
I cant find one anywhere? I have seen a few on the internet but would like to buy locally if possible!

I think you are wanting the CDL not BDL. This is the cheapest I found on Gunbroker, beautiful rifle for sure.

I have been wanting a 264 Win mag for a long time. I would love to have one in a Winchester Super Grade.

The 270 WSM might be the closest match possible to the venerable 264 Win Mag.
I just finished load work on a 24" Browning A-Bolt that ran 3300 FPS with 130`s.

It and the 7/300 Saum are my favorite short mags.

I`m a 7mm nut, and I know all of them have a great place.

have you tryed stoping at rays gun and pawn and see what it would cost to order one. When i bought my .270wsm a-bolt there was 5 dollars worthe of difference between steves, rays gun and pawn, and lawsons in loretta. steves was the highest but he had it in stock so that where i got mine from.

I just got through loading for a guys 270 WSM. Man, 3300fps and .6" group.

I have been loading for the 270wsm quite a bit. It likes about everything.

I used Winchester powder WXR 68.5 grains, and the 130 grain Nosler Accubond. WLRM primers. I tested Accurate Magpro, RL19, H4831 and the WXR was much better.

Ever used Retumbo?
The last batch I used Retumbo and Barnes X 140 gr. The kimber loved it.

Never have tried it in the 270 WSM. It is one of the slower burn rates. I do use it in my 264 Win Mag.
