Got two books from the library yesterday.

1. Practical Turkey Hunting Strategies by Ray Eye
2. Tough Turkeys by Brian Lovett

Should be good reading for long afternoon sits in the pop-up.

Here's what I'll be reading (not by choice):

1. Tort Law: Cases, Perspectives, and Problems
2. Civil Procedure: A Contemporary Approach

I wouldn't be reading anything in a turkey blind.
Me either, if I ever resort to reading while hunting, well my hunting is over! How in the world would you ever know what was happening around you if your reading??

I don't read the whole time but at times I find it a good way to help me with my patience and stay in the hunt longer. I just look up and survey things every paragraph or so. Can't say a book has ever messed me up with a buck or a Tom.

if i was going to be in a blind for more then a little while i would FOR SURE have me something to read....AND something to eat/drink. i get bored easy i guess.

although i would rather just being walking around if it came to that.

Exactly, you would never know if it did! Oh well to each his own, if you feel it helps then by all means do it!!
Good luck to all!
