I'm thinking about ordering a blueprinted Remington action from Pacific Tool and have someone piece a rifle together for me. Who is recommended here in TN for a build? Appreciate the feedback.

Take a look at the complaints about PTG before you order from them. As for smiths in TN, Bugholes (Southern Precision Rifles) is top notch. If you would consider sending one off, RW Snyder is a great builder and has very reasonable prices.
