This one started life as a 10/22 Classic Vlll. Basically, it was a bone stock 10/22.. in a AA fancy, French walnut stock. One of 1000.
It has been upgraded with a Green Mountain 16.5" SS fluted match barrel, as well as a Timney Calvin Elite 2 stage trigger group.
The barrel is just barely through break-in, and already shooting nice little groups. I would guess less than 150 total rounds. Also, has DNZ scope mount. Glass is a brand new, Burris Droptine Rimfire 3-9x40. Hasn't been sighted in yet.
Rifle is in perfect condition except for a small paint chip at barrel/receiver interface....it chipped when the factory barrel came off.

No shipping. Must meet in Jefferson City area (East of Knoxville).

1200+ invested.
1000.00 FIRM

The factory barrel will be included, but I no longer have the factory trigger group... another member needed for a build.

I did not see this! I did not see this!

What kind of groups does it shoot?

Wait, I meant I did not see this!
Ok... because you asked.
But first...some "excuses"... 😂

1) my bench is an unstable patio table...it moves a lot.
2) my eyes aren't what they used to be...I shoot without my glasses.
3) not match ammo
4) the cross hair in this new scope is a little thicker than I'm used to.
5) I shake like a puppy chitting a peach seed.

Excuses? Yes...but I'm trying to be honest.

So...5 shots each at 36 yards.
Every group had a 5th shot flyer. No idea why.
Perhaps because of thicker cross hair..maybe I shot at group instead of bull. 🤷

I measured os to os and subtracted 223. That should be ctc.
I measured both with and without flyers....then averaged the group together...
With the flyers...it averaged .439" for the 3 groups.

Without them...it averaged .199" for the 3.
Pics show the flyers...and my measurements.

BTW...this was with Eley subsonic ammo.

I'm sure @MUP could do better with it. I honestly just shake too much.
