It is not TWRA pushing this. It is a bill in the State Legislature being pushed by someone(probably behind the scenes) with money.

As a former supporter of night hunting i never imagined that they would let hunters spot light private land from the road with thermals but here we are and all the crime that came with it. I bet they do this even though its bad for hunting.
