Sako Y-1 Demo Model

I found a Sako rifle I would love to have but it's marked Y-1 Demo on the Serial No. Anyone know anyone about that designation? I assume it's been out on the sales floor picked up and handled by dozens of people and may have a cosmetic issue or two but should be mechanically fine.

From what I've been able to find...it means it was a demo gun at a gun show or something. It was then sent back to Beretta to be refurbished...and graded y 1-3, with 1 being the best condition, 3 being the worst.
