I don't have tags this year either and I'm kinda glad. They aren't flying much at all in my area this year. Very few birds.

We had a hunt for 4 booked for last weekend....no birds landing in the fields so we punted. It was so cold it may have been a blessing.
We hope they can fit us in later...even during a weekday if needed.

I saw my first flock for the year on November 30th and have been seeing some every 3-4 days. Maury County. They're flying to the Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge, just south of me. It's really cool to drive down and see the Sandhills and Whooping Cranes.
There's a good spot to hunt them a few miles from me.Anybody had any luck yet?

I am pretty sure I have heard several flocks go over but cloudy or dark out and couldn't get a eyeball on them. I have heard them fly over Crossville at 3 am. First time I knew / researched and read waterfowl migrated at night sometimes
