I just pulled my jerky off the smoker a couple of hours ago. My extended family is very "Deer is too gamey for me". That suits me just fine, more for me. I like to give it away and everyone who tries it wants to buy it from us and when I tell them it's too much work to sell and illegal, they just beg. I know it's a good batch when you pick it up and it's sticky. :)

There are a multitude of things I would eat before liver.

After seeing and hearing of some of things people on here eat, I wouldn't be one bit surprised.

There was an episode of bizarre foods where the dish was yote...in an urban neighborhood from and immigrant family..they took the yote while hunting( I think)..looked tastey to me the way they did it.

Don't Chinese eat dogs? Create demand and maybe everyone will start killing more.

My best friend told me if I would kill one and cook it he would eat it (if I did too)
He said I know if you cooked it it would be delicioius.

I thought seriously about it. LOL
