What was the obstruction?

Found a local gunsmith
Precision Rifles Taft Tn great guy

Smooth bored past bulge and took bulge out of exterior of the barrel as well to keep from cutting barrel off

Shot after a fall, had no idea dirt/mud had packed in end of barrel
