Dobbs has a QB Rating of 130.0. That puts him as the 68th best QB in College football in 2014.

Idk if they did or not. It probably was a Dooley deal. Freakin moron he was. Im sure he has the potential and the means to be a brain surgeon or whatever at Vanderbilt but he will be squandered as a football player.
