Sig sauer buckmaster scope

Anyone use these ? Was thinking about a 3x9x40 for a 22 rifle . Your thoughts please ?

I picked up 2 of them on a deal grab a few months ago, One is now on my .22 bolt gun and the other is on a 270. Both are clear and hold zero good. I have zero complaints with them at this point.

Amazon has them for a 100 bucks . Did yours come with the lens caps ?

Yes, mine came with lens caps, I got them for 65 bucks each when I bought mine. For a inexpensive scope they seem to be pretty good. MOA adjustment is not true, mine actually worked out to be about half of what it should have been.

If you are going to use it on a 22LR a rifle scope may not be the right answer. I might suggest one of these.

Did Sig Pick up the Buckmasters Scope after Nikon Got out of the Scope Business? Because the Nikon BuckMasters Back in the day were super great scopes to throw on a cheap rifle. Could usually be bought during the off season for anywhere from $75 to $100.
