If Connor can hit mayweather he cud hurt him. IF, BIG IF.

Mayeeather wins every rd. Fight goes distance.
Floyd won't break a sweat.
 
Mayweather has only been officially knocked down 1 time. That was 16 years ago. 90% of the guys that he has beaten have been boxing since they were little kids. Conner isn't a boxer. Mayweather makes it look easy.

Everyone knows he cant win by going the distance. Connor knows that and he knows IF he connects with a big shot Floyd WILL go down. Floyd has NEVER faced anyone with the power Connor has.

yup, pretty much what I said...

Floyd has not Knocked out anyone in forever & Connor will not hit Floyd to KO him.

it will go all 12 Floyd will win.. Don't matter how much power Connor has when his not able to hit him. I have seen more then one boxing expert say on ESPN they think Floyd will make him look silly & Connor will not get a single good hit in. I have seen a few say Floyd will make this fight boring with his good defense & will win easy.
 
I think glove weight will be the X factor. The punches will be faster and harder than Mayweather is used to seeing, and slower for McGregor. He will have less to cover up with as well. I'd like to think that McGregor can do it, even though I don't particularly care for him either.

I know with heavyweights, as they age power is the LAST thing they lose.
With a lightweight, their power is speed so I'm not sure how that will relate to how hard / good Floyd will do.
I agree he is fast, there is no doubt about it.

I do believe, Connor WILL hit him and he will hit him hard.

Gonna be real interesting I think.

I still say Connor can and may very well beat him.

Agree... it is so funny to see people say he will NOT hit Floyd!
 
A few boxing & MMA experts.

Chad Dundas: Mayweather will take a lopsided unanimous decision.

Lyle Fitzsimmon: only way Floyd loses is if he dies on the ring . Mayweather by TKO, whenever he chooses.

Scott Harris: Mayweather by unanimous decision. McGregor takes him the distance but doesn't look that great doing it.

Kevin McRae: Mayweather will win by unanimous decision, and it won't be particularly difficult.

Jonathan Snowden: Floyd is 49-0 as a professional, with dozens of his wins coming against world-class foes. This is Conor's first pro boxing fight. Of course Mayweather will win. How? However he wants.

Ricky Hatton: "I feel embarrassed to say this but I'd be very surprised if (McGregor) wins a round.

Lennox Lewis: Floyd will stop him. He's just too good at boxing for McGregor.
 
IF Connor can land a power shot then it could get interesting.
 
I cant stand Mayweather!! He is a very smart business man though. He has literally beat ALL THE GREATEST BOXERS anywhere near his weight class.
BUT he fought NONE OF THEM in their prime. He ducked and dodged them until their careers were on the downhill slope and they had already started losing fights.
I have ZERO respect for such a coward. With all that being said, he is extremely talented and you cant take that from him.

Anyone that thinks Connor will win is only kidding themselves. I have been watching combat sports/boxing since I was literally 7-8 years old and it don't take a rocket scientist to know that someone who has trained in boxing for 6-8 months can possibly defeat a boxer that has done nothing but boxed their whole life. If Mayweather stepped in the octagon, it would be a totally different story. I AM PULLING FOR CONNOR.

Floyd wins a unanimous decision by a mile. He will likely have at least one 10-8 round and no way Conner wins 3 rounds.

If anyone wants to wager..............

Also heard they may be showing this fight in movie theaters across the country for $15-$25 a ticket.....

as much as they Hyping this thing up all the people who are buying into the dumb crap Connor & money get up on stage and say to each other all the people drooling out the mouth hanging on every word they gonna be real disappointed if this thing kinda sucks lol

We are definitely gonna get the PPV.
Never gotten one before but we are gonna do this one. :)

Whoever came up with this idea (of the match) is a marketing genius there is no doubt about that. :D
