Food Plots Soil report help

Got my soil samples back from the co-op but it doesn't give me much information on where to go from here. What do I need to add to these fields and in what quantities?

It tells you at the bottom your fertilizer and lime rate for tons per acre.

Is it a hay field for hay? If so tell them how many acres hand them thay and they will mix it for you.

Just give them the paper they will make your mix for you.

WOW, actually surprised how good that is. Need a ton of potassium, but other than that, you are in good shape and have quite a bit of organic matter which helps hold moisture.

Those fields should do great with just a little added fertilizer!!!!!
