I started with 21 chicken breast, 18 chicken thighs, 4 onion and 3 bell peppers. Smoked the chicken breast on the WSM and made chicken quesadillas on the blackstone griddle using a scratch made quesadillas seasoning mix. Ended up with 20 breast (had to taste test) and 18 quesadillas. Really turned out great.

When I make a batch of stuff Im going to freeze I use the 36in. For just me and the wife I use the 17in most times. I liked the 36in so much a year later I bought the 17in for camping, use them both quite a bit.
