I think I have one kinda like that mup,just does not have the knot on the head ,But it's eyes look bugged out.

Could be anything from an injury to a tumor.
Unique marking that should help with identifying her come hunting season.

i had a similar looking lil buck on the farm.....used my buck tag on him to take him out of the herd two years ago I think...Anyway, come to find out it was infection/puss that was causing it. he had a small (looked to be .22 cal) hole in his forehead skin but didnt penetrate the bone. I just assumed someone tried to poach him. ill see if I can find the pics
