Nothing beats a nice protein filled salad from time to time.
That definitely qualifies as a salad 
I've been eating one like this 3 times a week for dinner. To me, it's guilt free.That definitely qualifies as a salad

I love a good salad. Unfortunately I don't dare try one just yet. Doc says it could really bump up my need to stay near a toilet...

We had a grilled chicken Cesar salad last night that included a blend of pasta in the salad. New recipe my wife wanted to try.
It was fantastic. I can do a salad for lunch or supper as long as it contains some meat.

It's a meal to me most times. I usually throw a can of chicken on top and make it a meal. No meat, then it's an appetizer
