Sometimes I drive through cades cove and I am in aw over God's marvelous splendor ( evertime really) and others I get a bit frustrated. We went to Abrams creek to fish on Wed and seen oodles of gobblers and three in particular that had broom-handle bears raking the ground that looked like three old men more than turkeys. I seen 8 bucks with nice spreads too, but they all looked lean and 3 years old or so.

I guess it was a good opportunity to consider shot placement and get a hankerin for the season.

I went to Cades Cove a few weeks ago and saw several gobblers next to the road and over 40 deer, saw a bear next to the road about a month ago.People that live in cities should make a trip to Cades Cove and see the beautiful things that God has created for our pleasure

We watch the sneaky El Coyote slowly slinking threw the switch grass or whatever you call it. They really look like Wile E coyote from the cartoon. Their physical appearance is the epitome of sneaky and sly. It was really neat watching it

I can be there for my house in 20 or 30 minutes and I love to visit

I love Cades Cove,if I didn't live so far away I would go every week, those mountains are beautiful, plus all the wildlife you see.I wish there was a elk here in Cades Cove but you can drive over to Cherokee and see elk.
