When to a place that is hard to get to this am. about 20 minute 4 wheeler ride to bottom of ridge. No one has hunted the" Ridge " this year since it is hard to get to . Stopped at bottom for another 10 minute walk up the ridge. About the darkest night I have seen in a while. I am not spooky in any way , but it being so dark it looked imitating as I looked into the darkness. Have a spot that I set up in by a big oak tree and set up there. Had this feeling that something was watching me. Checked my back may times to see nothing. When the owl set off its hoot I about SKIT myself.

There is a place on bear hollow I've been to frequently and it is less than a half mile off the road. Every time I get to a certain spot everything just doesn't feel right about it. Almost evil feeling.

If your in full green leaf mode it is always pitch black in the woods. At least when there is no leaves and even no moon there is still some light.

Few years ago me and my wife watched "the hunted" about the bow hunters that were killed and the next morning I was sitting in my truck at the farm, finishing my drink and scrolling FB when I seen a spooky story in a deer forum and let's say that mile walk to my stand SUCKED!!! I must've dipped half a can of Copenhagen waiting for daylight! I just knew something was gonna grab me!!!
